Vaccine Hot-Lots

There are certain "Hot Lots" of vaccines in which children are dying or having severe complications. Physicians are not necessarily keeping or disclosing this information to parents to avoid liability. Parents need to be pro-active, and keep records of all medical procedures, especially vaccination lot and batch numbers, to prove what has or hasn't been given, and what was the result (for future reference).

There is a "National Vaccine Information Center" www.NVIC.org that can provide you with a variety of information regarding vaccines. A representative of that organization says that they used to collect the obituaries if children killed by "Hot Lots" of vaccine. Invariably, they had been vaccinated by a Hot Lot that had never been recalled.

Thus it would be wise to keep a record of the batch and lot number of every vaccine used on yourself or your children. With this information, you might be able to build a case if there is a negative reaction to any vaccination received.

The following forms may help to prevent a vaccination problem before it happens.

You will need Microsoft Word for the following items:

Vaccination Consent Form Customize this form if necessary and have your doctor sign it before he vaccinates you or your children.
Vaccination Schedule Form Print this form and fill in the blanks for each vaccination received. If the vaccination causes a negative reaction, you have the lot and batch numbers recorded to check with the manufacturer.
